Update failed Virtual Appliance when using proxy.

The proxy settings is only for http (in gui). You need to set this for https also. This is done from the cli.

1. Enable ssh on the appliance
2. ssh
3. login with root
4. com.vmware.appliance.version1.networking.proxy.set –protocol https –server 192.168.1.1 –port 8080
