Solution for me was:

This is NO downtime, but it will disconnect from VirtualCenter for a short period of time. But it will reconnect.

ssh to esxi host

1. localcli hardware ipmi sel clear
2. /etc/init.d/sfcbd-watchdog restart
3. services.sh restart

Referesh the Webclient.

All erros are gone.
