Unable to activate Windows 2019 with a new product key error 0x80070490

When you change the product key you get this:

Open CMD as Administrator and do this by CLI

c:\windows\system32\slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
