Between Offensive Security and TCM Academy courses I was able to do the online course from AWS. The nice thing about the online ones is that you can ask questions during the course. But these course are also availble for free on AWS traning site.
I can highly recommend these if you are new to AWS. You will get a great foundation to stand on if you want to move forward with AWS certifications.
The courses that I did was 8 hours each with lunch brake.
